Affiliate Members are professional friends of the association who are generally involved in businesses related to the needs of the real estate industry. Affiliate members are not licensed as real estate brokers, agents or appraisers, but enjoy the benefits of increased opportunities for networking and exposure to the real estate community.
Individuals interested in an Affiliate Membership may begin the process of membership by contacting the Membership Director. An Affiliate Application and instructions about what steps you need to take to join will be sent to you. Member Benefits
As an Affiliate member, you receive the following benefits:
- Network with more than 1,000 real estate agents and affiliate members in the Lincoln area
- Participate in and sponsor events
- Be listed in the Affiliate roster on the website

Annual Dues
In joining as an Affiliate member, you receive members-only access to register for events and pay any dues/fees online at www.lincolnrealtors.com. The annual dues to the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln are prorated based on our fiscal year of Oct. 1 – Sept. 30. Your annual dues will be based upon the type of affiliate membership you have:
- Individual Membership: $200 each
- 3-5 members: $500
- 6-9 members: $750
- 10+ members: $1,000
Sponsorship Opportunities
As an RAL Affiliate member, you get access to many sponsorship opportunities that will bring you brand recognition, visibility within your industry and facilitated networking with REALTORS®.
