Commercial Brokers Committee
Education, issues and information exchange. Specifically geared toward commercial specialists, but open to all members.
Some of the committee purposes include: to act as a discussion forum for issues related to commercial real estate; to allow the open exchange, discussion and marketing of the members’ properties; to keep the membership informed as to commercial and industrial real estate practices and needs.

Community Engagement & Housing Awareness Committee
The mission of the Community Action & Housing Awareness Committee is to inspire the use of a REALTOR® by encouraging involvement of REALTOR® and Affiliate members in community service projects and raising awareness of housing issues in order to help facilitate meaningful solutions.

Finance/Membership Committee
Reviews the finances and investments of the association.
Governmental Affairs Committee
Addresses local governmental issues; collects RPAC donations.
Some of the committee purposes include: to encourage member participation in the many levels of government affecting the real estate industry; to be aware of legislation and laws that may effect the ownership of real estate and/or other areas of real estate practice; to encourage support of candidates and issues, to interview candidates, assist with candidate forums, and to provide input to candidate platforms.

GPRMLS Users Group
Promotes the improvement of MLS policies and functions in an open discussion forum via Zoom.

Submits slate of candidates for leadership positions; makes recommendations for appointments.

REALTORS® Association of Lincoln YPN is an organization based on empowering young real estate professionals in Lincoln and surrounding areas to create an active and enthusiastic environment of learning, networking and growth in entrepreneurship, as well as creating a gateway to further their leadership skills and involvement with the Association.
